The selection of appropriate passages from the literary publications of Urdu and Sindhi writers, authors of fiction and poets. In addition, such work has been selected as creates awareness of the significance of the Urdu and Sindhi languages in the present era while maintaining students' interest.

Listening Examination
One of the important and basic skills in a language is the listening skill along with its comprehension. This skill is usually ignored in our educational system. The prime reason is due to the lack of availability of a good, standard supplementary material to be used for teaching and testing the listening comprehension skill.
However, the Aga Khan University Examination Board is the first board in Pakistan that has started the assessment of this skill. This skill is tested for English, Urdu and Sindhi respectively.
